Jack's in Oxford ALABAMA is a great place. I go 4 or 5 times a week. Everyone loves Beth the store manager. Most everyone i have dealt with at this store are very helpful!

From the time I stepped foot onto the premises, everything was great, the service, the time it took to get my order, right down to the food. I stop in each morning because of this. Wonderful restaurant with good people representing.

I had a great experience at Jacks. No wait time for my order . My order was correct. The woman working the drive thru (morning) was very kind. Gave plenty of condiments and napkins.

I only eat gluten free breads and that is not an option at Jacks. I carried my own GF bread to make my own burger and they were very kind to make sure I had everything I needed! I will definitely be back again!

I went through the drive thru and just got drinks and asked for a small water to take some medicine. I was given a nice small cup of water as I requested. The server was nice and patient while we gathered our money to pay.

The staff is great and Taylor is always on point. Everytime I go there she gets me in and out of the drive thru with no wait time while always having a great smile and being friendly. Definitely my go to for lunch!!

This Jacks is truly exceptional. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Kim, Keena and Whitney made my visit to this location a very positive experience. My food was fresh and made very quickly. My family truly enjoyed our meals. Mistakes made on our order were promptly and quickly corrected. I will definitely return to this location in the future. Kudos.
